SCL (Singapore)’s Networking Cocktail is an informal social gathering providing an opportunity to mingle with members, their guests, non-members from the construction industry, as well as to meet the SCL(S) Council.
This year, we will gather for the first time at the Moon Rooftop Bar & Lounge amid breath-taking skyline views of the Singapore CBD.
Join us for two hours free flow of beer, house-pour red and white wines, soft drinks, and finger food.

Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse to register or admit any participant, and to cancel or postpone the Event.
- Equivalent substitute delegates are welcomed for Event, subject to the Organisers being notified at least 7 working days before the Event of the substitute delegate. Proposed substitute delegates for the Event must be notified to the Organisers at least 7 working days before the Event and the Organisers reserve absolute discretion as to whether to accept such substitute delegate based on the information provided.
- We will not entertain any request for a refund of fees.
- If you are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, we encourage you to perform self-testing. If you test positive, please do not attend the Event and contact the Organisers.
- Verification of COVID-19 Vaccination Status is not required for admission to the Event and Safe Management Measures do not apply as of 10 October 2022, based on prevailing national guidelines in Singapore. Should there be any updates from the Ministry of Health (Singapore) leading up to the Event, the Organisers will be in touch with further information.
- Mask wearing is optional at all times during the Event. Please practice good personal hygiene, including frequent washing of hands.
