Collaborative Contracting - Challenges and Opportunities (17 July 2019)

SCL (Singapore) organised a professional development seminar titled “Collaborative Contracting – Challenges and Opportunities” on 17 July 2019 and we were privileged to have John Battersby, Managing Director of BKAsiaPacific Limited present. Drawing from his particular experience particularly in the NEC form, John spoke about the various collaborative and cooperative mechanisms and how these could be incorporated into traditional forms of contract to make them more effective in terms of proactive risk management and the avoidance/mitigation of time and cost overruns. It was a well attended event and the ensuing Q&A was very interactive.
